Full-funnel performance agency

Marketingthat speaks money.

We build marketing from strategy to revenue and report in dollars, not reach. Every activity is tied to money: cost per lead, conversion, CAC and ROMI.

01 — Approach

Five letters. One metric — revenue.

Most vendors sell a single stage: traffic, a website or social. Money leaks at the seams between them. We own the whole chain and measure it with one number.

  1. Strategy

We start with economics, not ads: what you can afford to pay for a customer, which segments are profitable and where they are cheapest to reach.

    • Unit economics and payback model
    • Segments and positioning
    • Media plan with a revenue forecast
    We ownLTV / CAC
  2. Leads

We turn attention into enquiries. Offers and lead magnets for every segment, plus qualification, so sales get buyers rather than “contacts”.

    • Offers and lead magnets
    • Quiz and form funnels
    • Lead scoring and qualification
    We ownCPL
  3. Conversion

We find where the funnel loses money and plug the leaks — from the first screen of the site to the sales call. Every change is a hypothesis with an A/B test.

    • CRO audit and prototypes
    • A/B testing
    • CRM, scripts, lead handling
    We ownCR by stage
  4. Traffic

We buy traffic where it pays back. Budget is reallocated by each channel’s actual revenue, not by clicks and impressions.

    • Performance media buying
    • SEO and content
    • Creatives and creative testing
    We ownCAC by channel
  5. Revenue

We bring ads, website, CRM and payments into one report. We see which dollar earned money, scale what pays back and retain customers so the next order costs less than the first.

    • End-to-end analytics
    • Retention and CRM marketing
    • A weekly report in money

02 — Calculator

Revenue is a formula.

Traffic × lead conversion × close rate × average order. Plug in your numbers and see what improving every multiplier does — not one, all of them.

This model is illustrative: it shows how the multipliers compound and is not a promise of results or an offer. We give a real forecast after the audit.

03 — Services

What we actually do.

Take the whole SLCTR chain or individual letters — for example, analytics and conversion while your team runs traffic.

04 — Reporting

A report your CFO will read.

Once a week: not screenshots of ad accounts, but one table — what we spent, what we earned and what we do next.

MetricFormulaWhat it tells you
Revenuesales × average orderHow much money marketing brought in
CPLspend ÷ leadsThe price of one lead
CACspend ÷ new customersThe price of one customer
ROMI(gross profit − spend) ÷ spendWhether marketing pays back
LTVorder × purchases × marginWhat a customer brings over their lifetime
PaybackCAC ÷ monthly margin per customerMonths until a customer repays their cost

What we don’t call success

  • Reach and impressions with no link to sales
  • CTR and clicks detached from customer cost
  • Likes and followers who never buy
  • “Awareness” that can’t be measured

05 — Process

From audit to scale in four steps.

Timings are typical for a mid-sized project; the exact plan is fixed after the brief.

  1. 01 · 1–2 weeks

    Audit

We review your economics, channels, website, CRM and analytics, find where money leaks and put a price on it.

Outcome: a leak map and priorities

  2. 02 · 1 week

    Strategy

A growth model: revenue targets, budget by channel, hypotheses and KPIs in money. Agreed before launch.

Outcome: a media plan and forecast

  3. 03 · 2–4 weeks

    Launch

We set up analytics, launch channels and rebuild the funnel’s bottlenecks. First data in week one.

Outcome: a working funnel and report

  4. 04 · Monthly

    Scale

Weekly tests, budget moved into profitable combinations, LTV growth through retention.

Outcome: revenue growth with CAC under control

07 — Questions

Frequently asked.

Didn’t find your answer? Write to us — we reply to the point. support@slctr.org

What budgets do you work with?

The benchmark is a budget at which tests reach significance within a month. We name the exact threshold after the audit: it depends on your niche, average order and sales cycle.

Do you guarantee results?

We don’t promise numbers before the audit — that would be dishonest. After the audit we fix KPIs in money, and in the partnership format part of our fee depends directly on revenue growth.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, CRM and creatives are registered to your company; we work with the access you grant.

When will we see first results?

Cost-per-lead data arrives in the first week after launch. A stable revenue trend usually shows after 2–3 months, once there is enough data to optimise.

Can you work alongside our team?

Yes. We can cover individual SLCTR letters — say, analytics and conversion — while your team runs traffic.

How does reporting work?

A weekly report in money, a monthly strategy meeting and round-the-clock access to the dashboard.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the audit starts if you need one.
