These terms govern the relationship between SLCTR, the owner of slctr.org (“we”, “us”), and anyone who uses the website (“you”).

01Acceptance

  1. By using slctr.org (the “Website”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
  2. We may change these terms without special notice. The new version takes effect when published on this page.

02What the Website is for

The Website provides information about SLCTR’s marketing services, an interactive calculator and a form for sending an enquiry. No registration is required and there are no user accounts.

03Not an offer

  1. All information on the Website, including descriptions of services, engagement formats, timelines and pricing models, is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer (including within the meaning of art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
  2. Services are provided under a separate contract between SLCTR and the client. The contract prevails over any information on the Website.

04Calculator and forecasts

The calculator on the Website is an illustrative mathematical model. It shows how changes in individual funnel metrics affect total revenue for the inputs you provide. Its results are not a forecast, guarantee, promise of any particular outcome or financial advice. Actual results depend on the market, product, budget, the actions of both parties and other factors.

05Intellectual property

  1. The texts, design, graphics, the name and mark “SLCTR”, the Website’s code and other materials belong to SLCTR or are used lawfully.
  2. Copying, adapting or distributing Website materials in whole or in part requires our written permission. Quoting for informational, academic or educational purposes is allowed with attribution and a link to slctr.org.
  3. The Unbounded, Onest and Martian Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

06Your obligations

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information in forms and only your own personal data, or data whose owner has consented to its transfer;
  • not use the Website to send advertising, spam or unlawful content;
  • not disrupt the Website: no automated mass data collection, vulnerability scanning, load attacks or circumvention of technical restrictions.

07Limitation of liability

  1. The Website is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions or that its information is complete.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, or for decisions you make based on its information.
  3. The Website may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

08Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and the consent to personal data processing. Browser storage is described in the cookie policy.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; a written claim is mandatory and must be answered within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes are referred to court as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
