By submitting an enquiry through the form on slctr.org and ticking the corresponding box, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming that I have legal capacity, give consent to SLCTR, the owner of slctr.org (the “Operator”), to process my personal data on the following terms.
01Data covered
Name; contact details (Telegram, phone number or email address); website or company name; indicative marketing budget; message text; and the technical data transmitted when the form is submitted (IP address, date and time of submission, browser details).
02Purposes
- contacting me about my enquiry, clarifying my needs and preparing a proposal;
- entering into and performing a services contract at my request;
- protecting the website from spam and abuse.
03Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to infrastructure providers acting on the Operator’s behalf, restriction, erasure and destruction — with and without automation.
I agree that the website infrastructure may be located outside my country and that my data may be transferred internationally to the extent necessary for these purposes.
04Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact, or until I withdraw it.
I may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@slctr.org with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. Once the withdrawal is received, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 10 business days unless the law provides otherwise (for example, where a contract has been signed).
05Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Operator’s privacy policy, that the details in the enquiry relate to me, and that my rights as a data subject have been explained to me.
This consent is given in accordance with art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and, where applicable, art. 7 GDPR. Refusing consent has no negative consequences, but without it we cannot process an enquiry sent through the form — you can email us directly at support@slctr.org instead.
